Describes how learning the techniques of EI can help people to change how others perceive them.
Do you feel like your struggling to come off as approachable, and you have no idea why that’s the case? Body language seems to be key to how others perceive you, and being able to master the use of body language is an art. Emotional intelligence (EI) is just one of many soft-skills that are known to help you develop this approachability. This video shows that while many people assume that you can’t change how people perceive them, EI says otherwise. EI proves that it is possible to learn the skills needed by understanding how to perceive not just your own emotions but also the emotions of others in social settings.
