The current COVID-19 pandemic has devastated millions across the globe. However, a silent but ever-increasing endemic continues to ravage our most vulnerable population: the elderly. Elder abuse within our communities and in long term care facilities prevents elders from obtaining the quality of life they deserve, causing mental, physical, and emotional distress, particularly in times of social isolation. This video aims to educate, assist, and provide a voice for our elders to help suppress the alarming rates of elder abuse, and create solutions for those who have been affected.
