The myth of Blue Monday

This video hopes to debunk the myth that Blue Monday is the “saddest day of the year”. Unfortunately, with pseudoscientific claims fueled by social media, there is a tendency to glamorize serious issues such as depression and suicide. From the origins of this myth to the harm that it has caused, this video sheds light on the importance of understanding this myth, and how it came to be.
