Troubleshooting

The following tips can help you fix issues in just a few simple steps:

McMaster VPN

Set up the McMaster VPN on your computer. All required software and detailed instructions on how to set up the McMaster VPN can be found on the UTS Virtual Private Networking Page. The McMaster VPN is maintained by University Technology Services (UTS).

Access MacSite with MacID

Ensure that you are logged in to your MacSite using your MacID. Please note that MacID’s are administered by UTS. If you are experiencing issues logging in or need to reset your password, please visit the UTS Account management page.
