Recent research published in Biochemistry and lead by MIRC trainees, Eden Kapcan and Ben Lake, and MIRC investigator Dr. Anthony Rullo demonstrate the powerful ability of covalent antibody recruiting molecules (cARMs) to efficiently and stably bridge antibody-binding immune effector cells and target tumor cells. In collaboration with MIRC’s Dr. Matthew Miller and trainee Ali Zhang, the authors work showcases how chemical biology tools can be harnessed to enhance tumor immunotherapies. Congratulations to all co-authors on their impressive work!
