The topic of discussion for the HHS Medical Grand Rounds held on  February 24 was "Antimalarial-induced cardiomyopathy".

The objectives were to:

  • To describe the epidemiological
  • To describe the clinical and structural/functional/histopathological characteristics of antimalarial-induced cardiomyopathy based on a case presentation
  • A systematic literature review and further studies.

The Speaker was Dr. Konstantinos Tselios, Assistant Professor, Division of Rheumatology, Department of Medicine.
