Faculty welcomes new executive director of education services
Diana Nuredini, A two-time McMaster University alumna is returning to McMaster as the executive director of education services for the Faculty of Health Sciences.
A two-time McMaster University alumna is returning to McMaster as the executive director of education services for the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS).
Reporting to the FHS’s Vice-Dean, Education Rob Whyte, Diana Nuredini will support the Education Services Department’s priorities, as well as developing educational best practice and strategic initiatives.
Nuredini holds a BSc(H) and MBA in health services management from McMaster.
She joins McMaster from York University, where she was most recently the executive director of strategy and administration at its Markham campus. She was previously York’s executive officer for its School of Arts, Media, Performance and Design.
Nuredini has also worked for the Government of Ontario as a team lead and special advisor to the assistant deputy minister in the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. She was also the manager of business planning and finance branch of the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Growth/Research, Innovation and Science.
“Diana has a solid track record of successful strategic planning, change management, and leadership spanning several years,” said Whyte.
“I know her skill set will be a great asset for the FHS.”
