Objectives:
- Review what we have learned regarding the short and long-term impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic from the lens of a healthcare provider.
Discuss the impacts that providers have experienced in the wake of the pandemic including moral injury, trauma, and burnout, as well as how this may manifest in both professional and personal domains. - Consider specific challenges faced by medical leaders, physicians, and learners.
- Explore evidence-based interventions that would offer needed support to healthcare providers and trainees.
