Water has always been seen as a simple treatment of any illness one may have, ranging from fatigue, headaches and constipation. Although the idea of only needing to drink eight cups of water to have a healthy body is appealing, is there actually any proof? By evaluating the science behind this idea, this video debunks the myth that eight cups of water are necessary to improve one’s health.
