As studies from the University of Oregon and Massachusetts General Hospital have demonstrated, the impacts of daily mindfulness practices have evidence-based biological and emotional impacts on your body system. Whether it’s to dealing with anxiety, coping with stress, or getting in touch with your thoughts, you can get started with mindfulness practices as simply as eating a piece of chocolate (the Chocolate Meditation) or lying down and bringing awareness to your body (the Body Scan).
