LEARNER SUMMARY REPORTS AVAILABLE
Program Directors, Administrators, Academic Coaches and Competence Committee Members all have access to run learner summary reports on trainees. These reports pull in EPA progress, ITERS, Activity logs, Event Manager Attendance and Completion of Faculty Evaluations. Trainees do not yet have the ability to run the report. It requires customization that disables the view of ITER information for ITERS where the trainee did not complete the faculty evaluation.
Attached is a sample of the learner summary report as well as a user guide that will instruct users how to generate the report. Both of these will be posted with our other CBME training materials on our website: https://healthsci.mcmaster.ca/medsis/training/cbme
DELETING PENDING AND IN PROGRESS CBME FORMS
Program Directors and Administrators have the ability to delete pending and in progress CBME forms from the Evaluation Schedule.
DECLINING EVALUATIONS
Supervisors now have the ability to decline CBME forms in MedSIS similar to other forms (ITERS, WBAs, etc).
