Managing Stress As Students – Sense of Coherence

In this video we will discuss Sense of Coherence and mindfulness as a method of relieving some of the stress brought on by the pandemic. Together let’s overcome the stigma, educate ourselves, and help ourselves through a difficult time.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our health in countless ways, it has become increasingly more important to address mental health. In any given year, 1 in 5 Canadians will experience a mental health problem, but the mental health of students has been particularly affected. With the added stress of the pandemic, students are facing additional stress with worries about their own health, the health of loved ones, and decreased social interactions. In this video we will discuss Sense of Coherence and mindfulness as a method of relieving some of the stress brought on by the pandemic. Together let’s overcome the stigma, educate ourselves, and help ourselves through a difficult time.
