McMaster University students collaborated with a local community partner known as the Physical Activity Center of Excellence (PACE) to create a video to inform viewers about the importance of remaining mobile with age, to prevent the onset or further development of muscle loss, loss of balance and falls and fractures. This video discusses the positive impacts of exercise and services available for seniors looking to exercise. Please consult your doctor before you start exercising or start a new routine.
