Green tea: A solution to obesity?
This video examines the benefits of using green tea to reduce obesity, which has become a global epidemic. It takes into account two processes associated with energy intake and energy expenditure balance called non-shivering thermogenesis and fatty acid oxidation. It also analyzes how caffeine and catechin affect fat tissue in the body by looking at their unique mechanisms. Finally, it looks at whether studies and research regarding green tea support the idea that green tea is a miracle weight loss drink.
