This past week was one of generosity and creativity at the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) as its faculty, staff and students adjusted to the changes required to respond to COVID-19. At the same time the Faculty moved its work to more virtual setting working from home and some research projects were suspended, community responses and new COVID-19 research projects were developed. “We've adjusted to the initial phase of this crisis, and we are all immersed in new ways of advancing the Faculty's operations,” said Paul O’Byrne, dean and vice-president of the Faculty.
