Our aging population and workforce, combined with the increased visual demands of our modern culture, has led to a rising epidemic of eye-related discomfort and visual problems in Canada. This video explains what computer vision syndrome is and describes some of the common symptoms experienced by people who are frequent users of digital devices. It also discusses some of the mitigation strategies that are recommended to prevent the symptoms from occurring or to reduce the intensity of symptoms that are already being experienced.
