Physiotherapy students are busy doing hands-on learning this month in a boot camp to get their clinical training up to date. The master students are coming on campus to the Institute of Applied Health Sciences to the School of Rehabilitation Science for the learning.

Dina Brooks, professor and vice-dean (health sciences) and executive director of McMaster’s School of Rehabilitation Science has received an honorary degree from the University of Ottawa. Brooks received the recognition at the university’s Faculty of Health Sciences convocation this week, noting her international leadership in cardiorespiratory rehabilitation.
