Institute for Pain Research & Care Research Day

The Institute for Pain Research & Care Research Day is open to anyone in the McMaster community with an interest in pain research. First held in February 2019, the Inaugural Research Day was attended by Institute research members, post doctoral fellows and graduate students. The conference featured updates from Institute-funded projects and pain-related studies within the McMaster community.

The most recent Research Day was held February 2020 and featured presenters from the Department of Anaesthesia, as well as the Institute for Pain Research and Care, the Population Health Research Institute, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences, as well as an introduction to the new Chronic Pain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans.
