An article about the benefits of cardio exercise by The Business Insider noted an earlier study by Mark Tarnopolsky (Pediatrics) that found people over the age of 40 who engaged in regular cardio activity tended to have healthier skin than their sedentary peers.

Nothing to be learned from grizzly bears
Russell de Souza (HIE) told CBC News that there is no secret humans can learn from grizzly bears in processing saturated fats. Grizzlies have evolved mechanisms to tolerate obesity — up to 40 percent body fat — to help them get through hibernation. But in humans, that 40 percent body fat would make them overweight and put them at risk of health problems, said de Souza.
