This video provides a synopsis of a news article and a research study that investigated whether growing T cells in an oxygen–poor environment turns T cells into more effective killers. The video also presents an overview of the components of the immune system and explains the function of Killer T cells in cancer immunotherapy. The video illustrates the importance of examining the accuracy of media reports by including an analysis of a news article and the primary research article on which it was based.
