Dr. Susan French, RN, PHD is an Officer of the Order of Canada and renown for transforming nursing practice, research and teaching in North America. She is a professor emerita the McMaster School of Nursing, where she was director of the school from 1980 to 1990, and she was a pioneer of innovative teaching and problem-based learning. She was pivotal in the creation of the national accreditation system used across Canada and has contributed to the development of undergraduate nursing programs nationally and internationally.

Join Dr. French as she shares reflections about innovation and nursing excellence at McMaster from years past and aspirations for the future of teaching and learning within the School of Nursing.
