In today’s society, we view doctors as being all-knowing and almost more than human. But at the end of the day, they are normal people like you and I; they are also affected by stress. In fact, doctors are often more stressed, more anxious, and more burnt out. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the situation is only getting worse.
Now more than ever, we need to consider the health of our doctors, reduce the stigma, and keep the conversation going. In this video we will discuss mindfulness and meditation as a method of relieving stress and anxiety with guest speaker, Dr. Mitchell Abrams.
