Demystifying Medicine Video

This video aims to demystify whether brain games have a direct, positive effect on cognitive functioning. There has been a recent emphasis on the importance of advancing one’s mental performance before hitting the age of cognitive decline, in which memory, language, thinking and judgment abilities deteriorate. In this video, research on the efficacy of brain games is explored as well as other potential avenues for maintaining brain health.
