The series aligns with Nelson’s commitment to Truth and Reconciliation and our mission of supporting the development of a deeper understanding of our shared history and how this history can be meaningfully addressed within the learning environment.
Through initiatives such as capacity-building webinars, Nelson seeks to support educators in creating inclusive learning environments where each student feels a sense of belonging and sees themselves as a valued member of the learning community.
While the series is educator-focused, there is essential knowledge to be gained for non-educators as well and we encourage everyone to attend.
Those interested in attending the series can register here at no-cost. If they are unable to attend one of the sessions, they can still register to receive a recording of that session.
