This award is presented annually to a physician at St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton who exemplifies outstanding teaching and clinical abilities while maintaining the Mission, values, commitment and vision of St. Joseph’s Healthcare (SJHH) and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Hamilton. The presentation occurred at the Annual Medical Staff Dinner Meeting in January, 2010. Her name will be added to a plaque to be maintained at SJHH.

The criteria used in the assessment of the nominees for this award are:
